Getting your Montainer starts with placing your reservation. Production is limited, reserve yours with a $2,500 guaranteed deposit. Your reservation secures your spot in production, whether you choose to take delivery as soon as possible or years from now, your deposit will be credited towards the purchase of your Montainer.

Once you have your reservation we work with you to confirm options, help secure permitting when required, and assist with site selection and preparation. You can also apply for our financing program if you choose. 

Once you're ready, we will start production of your Montainer with a 50% deposit (less your reservation) and your new home will be delivered in about 60 days - we will even help install it. The final 50% balance is due upon delivery.
